Leasing Questions
Our apartment homes and townhomes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.
Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the home, and there is a $100 non-refundable holding fee. You may pay these by credit card, debit card, money order, or cashier’s check. All application fees are nonrefundable, and the amounts are subject to change.

Some utilities are paid directly by residents, while others are billed through the community. Residents are responsible for establishing and paying for electricity service. A monthly utility fee is charged by the community and includes water, sewer, trash, and gas: $80 for a one-bedroom apartment, $110 for a two-bedroom apartment, and $130 for a three-bedroom apartment. Please contact the leasing office for additional details.
Security deposits will vary depending on qualifying criteria, starting at $299 up to one month's rent.
Resident Questions
Please let our office know if you love your apartment or rental home and want to refer a friend! We offer resident referral programs throughout the year and would love for your friends and family to join one of our communities.
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, before moving out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days before the lease expires to provide your written notice.
Yes, Buckeye Cable is the provider that services our apartments.
Personal grills are not allowed. We do have some communities that provide charcoal grills.
